Our sharpening services are subject to the type and condition of the knife.
Please note the following:
Hand sharpening may result in some scratch marks on the blade.
Sharpening may scratch off coatings on some knives.
For hard chopping boards, we recommend a Western finish for durability.
Avoid hitting the edge roughly on the chopping board to maintain sharpness; we do not refund for chipping.
Mirror-finished knives may show fine lines after sharpening.
Additional charges may apply for blades with significant chipping.
Knives that we do not sharpen will be returned to your address and the shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.
Complaints arising from ignoring the cautions will not be considered.

We offer free shipping within 2 business-days for in-stock products in the Netherlands, other EU countries and the U.K.. If the item is out of stock, please allow up to 10 days for international shipping. Tax and shipping fee will be covered by us. Should there be a significant delay exceeding two weeks, we will inform you promptly.
